PROatmeal

This super simple breakfast recipe is your jam. Proatmeal is filling, healthy, and super fruity!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg ulivit Mushroom Boost Bites (37g)

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1.5 cups of oat or almond milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup or brown sugar or coconut sugar.

  • 1/2 cup fruit

    Optional: cacao, chia seeds.

Instructions

  1. Add ulivit mushroom boost bites, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1.5 cups plant milk to a medium pot.

  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Spoon into bowl and sweeten to taste.

  4. Add fruit and more milk to taste.
