Quick and Easy to use! High Protein Plant Meals. Great for bowls, stirfrieds, salads, pizza, chick’n, tacos, nachos, burritos, fajitas, enhiladas, chili, lasagna, meatloaf, curries, pho, pasta, smoothies and anything else you can cook up!

3 easy steps. Just Soak, Sizzle & Serve.

Bites:

Soak: Add 1.5 cups hot water to bites & let sit 3 minutes. Make sure bites are fully saturated. After 3 minutes, drain all the water.

Sizzle: In 1-2 Tbsp oil, pan fry the seasoned bites & spices in non stick pan until bites are golden and a little crusty on sides. Optional but recommended: Slather on your favourite BBQ sauce.

Serve: in bowls, salads, stirfries, pizza, chick’n, bbq, saucy sandwiches, fajitas, curries and more! 

Crumbles:

Soak: Add 1.5 cup of hot water, spices & crumbles to bowl & let sit 3 minutes.

Sizzle: Pan Fry the seasoned crumbles & water in 2 tbsp oil until water is absorbed or nicely browned.

Serve: in tacos, burritos, chili, enchiladas, nachos, pizza and more!
