Shakshuka Breggfast scramble

Shak-shoo-Kuh! A bright, spicy start to your day. It’s a fresh combo of chunky tomatoes, onions, and high protein plant eggs. So delicious, you'll want to lick the plate clean. Plus, it's a great excuse to eat breakfast for dinner (or any time of day, really).

  • 1 pkg uivit Shakshuka BrEGGfast Scramble (95g)

  • 2 tablespoons oil of our choice

  • Diced italian tomatoes (796ml can)

  • 1 medium diced onion

OPTIONAL FOR SERVING

  • 1 chopped red bell pepper, 3 minced garlic cloves, avocado, fresh chopped cilantro, baguette.  Can also add feta cheeze and adapt it to your taste. The options are endless!

Instructions - Soak. Sizzle. Serve.

  1. Soak - Shakshuka BrEGGfast Scramble & spices in a bowl with a can of diced italian tomatoes (796 ml can) for 3 minutes. 

  2. Sizzle – Add 2 tbsp oil to non stick pan. Add Shakshuka scramble mix with the tomatoes, and add 1 medium diced onion. Cook until simmering and crumbles are cooked to your desired texture.    

  3. Serve with fresh avocao, cilantro and fresh baguette.
